1. Description of the Doll
This designer jointed doll is a handmade work of art.
Each doll contains an author’s mark inside the head and comes with a certificate of authenticity with a unique serial number.
The doll’s body consists of plastic parts assembled with elastic bands of various thicknesses. The joints (hinges) are treated with hot glue to reduce friction. Joint sticking may occur if the doll remains in one position for a long time and is not considered a defect.
Hands, feet, and faceplates are detachable parts attached using magnets, locks, or hooks. To replace the faceplate, gently pull it while holding the back of the head.
Magnets are secured with cyanoacrylate glue and reinforced with polymer. In rare cases, magnets may detach during use. This is not considered a defect and can be fixed by the owner using appropriate glue.
When molding polyurethane dolls, a special additive is used to increase resistance to ultraviolet radiation and reduce color fading. However, this does not apply to painted surfaces. Paint may fade under UV exposure and the doll should not be left under direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
Polyurethane dolls are made from high-quality resin with high Shore hardness and resistance to stress. However, thin parts (such as fingers, ears, and delicate elements) are vulnerable and may be damaged by impact or improper handling.
The doll is not a toy and is intended for adult collectors only. Careful handling is required.

2. Conditions for Ordering
Orders are made individually based on the client’s selected options via the order form.
Once the order form is submitted, changes (including face selection and color) are not possible.
Dolls of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged.
All agreements are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

3. Payments
Full Payment:
50% prepayment is made when placing an order and is allocated by the author for materials and production costs. The remaining 50% must be paid before shipping.
Installment Plan:
A 30% deposit is required, with the remaining balance paid within 4–6 months depending on the selected plan.
Prepayment is non-refundable.
Order slots may be transferred to another buyer only with prior approval from the artist. The artist is not responsible for any agreements or obligations between the buyer and third parties. After transfer, the order is fully reassigned to the new owner, and all communication and shipping will be made directly to them.
Paired promotional orders cannot be split or partially transferred.
All payments must be made within the agreed timeframe. Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation without refund.
If the client fails to complete payment within three weeks after being notified that the order is ready, the artist reserves the right to resell the doll and retain all previously received payments.
If unforeseen circumstances arise, the client must contact the artist in advance to discuss possible solutions.
Order-related communication is conducted via email only. Social media is not considered an official communication channel.

4. Order Cancellation
All orders are made-to-order. Production begins after payment is received.
Cancellation is not possible once production has started.
Deposits and prepayments are non-refundable.

5. Manufacturing
All dolls are produced to order (cast or 3D printed depending on the product line).
Estimated production time is 6–10 months. This timeframe is an estimate and may be affected by external factors beyond the artist’s control.
Full payment does not accelerate production.

6. Studio Printed Line (SPL) / 3D Printed Dolls
SPL dolls are created using professional photopolymer materials developed in collaboration with Resione.
All dolls are printed in-house using high-resolution 3D printers and finished manually by the artist. No third parties are involved in the production process.
Each doll is unique. Slight variations in color, surface, and details compared to promotional photos are natural and acceptable. Product photos are for reference only and may differ due to lighting, screen settings, and material specifics.
The surface is matte with a soft-touch finish. Each doll is hand-sanded. Minor sanding marks, micro-scratches, print marks, and subtle print artifacts are acceptable and are not considered defects.
The material is resistant to water and moderate temperature changes. Makeup and coatings can be removed using alcohol or acetone.
Do not expose the doll to prolonged direct sunlight or ultraviolet light.
The dolls are assembled using elastic cord, metal elements, silicone glue (for larger joints), and hot glue (for smaller joint areas). Joint sticking may occur if the doll remains static for a long time and is not a defect.
Do not use tools to separate joints, as this may damage the parts. Gentle manual force is sufficient. It is recommended to remove faceplate and hands beforehand.
Magnets may detach over time and can be re-glued by the owner. This is considered normal use.
Maintenance (restringing, joint adjustment, joint coating) is required over time and is the responsibility of the owner.
Forcing joints beyond their natural movement range may cause cracks or damage to joint areas.
SPL dolls are collectible objects and require careful handling. They are not intended for children.

7. Claims
The client must inspect the doll within one calendar day after delivery and confirm its proper condition and completeness. If significant defects are found, the client must immediately inform the artist and provide photo or video evidence.
Significant defects include:
– broken parts or damage to the integrity of parts (cracks, chips)
– missing components specified in the order
– incorrect body color (wrong skin tone from the selected palette)
– major discoloration or strong uneven color
The following are NOT considered defects:
– color differences due to lighting conditions or screen settings
– small bubbles, spots, or inclusions
– small scratches, sanding marks, or print marks
– magnet detachment
– glue residue or discharge in joints
– joint sticking after periods of inactivity
– natural material and production variations
In the event of defects arising during use, all costs associated with their elimination are the responsibility of the buyer.
The timeframe for eliminating any defect is determined individually and is approximate.
—
8. Service Life
With proper care, the doll’s lifespan is not limited.
Elastic bands are consumable and may stretch or lose elasticity over time and require replacement.

Delivery time may vary from several days to several months depending on the destination and postal conditions. During the shipping period, the client cannot make claims regarding delivery delays.

11. Additional Services
Custom painting, wigs, or additional services are not offered separately. Fullset dolls may include face-up, body painting, clothing, and wigs.
Painting is done using professional materials (acrylics, oils, pastels) and sealed with protective varnish.
The painted surface is sensitive to friction and contact with hard surfaces or aggressive substances such as acetone, alcohol, or solvents. Wear caused by use is not considered a defect.
The fingertips are the most vulnerable areas and may show signs of wear first.
Upon receipt, the client must inspect painted parts and report significant defects immediately.
Significant defects of painting include:
– swelling or separation of varnish layers
– peeling of the paint layer
The following are NOT considered defects:
– scuffs caused by use
– damage caused by friction or contact with hard surfaces or chemicals
Wigs, especially in bright colors, may transfer dye when wet. Slight shedding during initial use is normal.
The service life of painted surfaces and wigs depends on usage conditions.

12. 3D STL Files
Mannequins, accessories, pets, and other digital products may be offered as 3D files for printing.
Digital files are for personal use only and may not be resold, shared, distributed, or transferred to third parties.
Commercial use of printed products is not allowed without prior agreement with the artist.
Digital files are non-refundable.
